This form of our natural antimicrobial is designed for the baking industry. Herbal-Active (encapsulated) can be added to yeast leavened breads with the antimicrobial action only released once the breads are baked and the temperature reaches 70 degrees C. On-going protection against moulds is effective in conjunction with appropriate packaging.
