This is a natural antimicrobial made from GRAS essential oils extracted from culinary herbs. Label listing is: natural flavors or natural flavors (essential oils).It is currently being used in a wide range of applications from a dipping solution for fresh produce, meats and seafood to use as an ingredient in sauces, preserves, dips and spreads (hommus, pesto etc) and to beverages (hot and cold filled), also in extracts eg liquid stevia, herbal extracts, cordials and concentrates.
